Digital Publics Symposium – Vivid Sydney 2016

Digital Publics was presented as a symposium for MAB16 and as part of the Vivid Ideas Program, titled “Urban Screens as a platform for Digital Placemaking”. This was the third in the series of symposia. This symposium was co-curated by Esther Anatolitis and Glenn Harding and was held at The Concourse, Chatswood, Sydney on the 2nd June 2016. The symposium format included a series of panel discussions with opening and closing remarks. The symposium explored the role of Urban Screens in building community. We looked at the use of these platforms in three sessions evaluating from retrospective, contemporary and forward looking perspectives. The symposium included panel discussions and audience Q&A sessions.
